Hi. I lost my phone possiby in Buskers, Temple Bar but more likely left on the back seat of a Taxi which picked me and my 3 friends up on Grafton Street around 6pm Monday 6th Feb and ran us to Dublin Airport. The phone has a loose volume control held on with a bit of sellotape and when you switch the phone on it has a black & white picture of the Colosseum, Rome. The phone has over 400 photos and videos which have not been backed up so I am gutted I have lost the phone and may never see them again. I left my iphone in a taxi on the 18th December 2011 I cancelled sim with meteor on same day and contacted CPP the company that Meteor are advising customers to take out insurance. To this date meteor have not processed the information and forwarded it to CPP and so CPP cannot complete my claim. My advice to others is to seek another company to insure their phones. CPP are an english company and they told me that they have not jurisdication over when it comes to processing claims from meteor customers.
