This item was found at approx 12.30 on 6th September 13 on the cycle path between the M50 roundabout at Tallaght and the Wellington roundabout in Templegoue close to the Spawell car park and main building on the cyclepath itself. my bike (Town Cube) was stolen in front of Aldi Store, along Parnell Street, in the city center of Dublin, Ireland on 9 April 2013 between 12:00 - 1:00 pm. been on the shop for about 10-15 minutes and zap! bike was gone, locks cut, destroyed. reported the incident to the Garda, still waiting for response if they have checked the cctv w/ Aldi store for any clue, etc. i surmise the thieves are there all the time waiting for their victim. i wonder if the city could post notices on bike stands, rails like this: "BEWARE OF BIKE THEFT. LOCK YOUR BIKES AS SECURELY AS POSSIBLE." it sounds embarrassing but i gather bike thief is rampant in the city these days; i surf the web after this incident and noticed a lot of reports on bicycle theft, seems to happen everyday. the Garda told me they simply don't have the resources to prevent this, thus we should raise an awareness campaign for cyclists. if the city can post notices on the streets about bagging the pooh of dogs on the streets, why not about bicycle theft? we have a cycle to work campaign, now we have to protect the bikes, too.
My bike was stolen from back garden in Stoneybatter 5th April around 1:30 am. The bike is Shimano Aerofix CR48. It is VERY DISTINCT that this bike circulates ONLY in Japan and production was stopped already. I imported 4 years ago, so this is GENUINE IN IRELAND. SUSPECT On 5th April, my housemate nearly caught the possible suspect in Phoenix Park, 46A bus stop at 17:48. The guy was cycling from North Road. My housemate asked him about the bike, but he didn't stop, didn't say much, then cycled off. But he sounded like he knows it's stolen bike. He's mid 30s, tight grey hair, Irish native, average built, Tracksuit bottom, zip-up hoodie, runner, and tinted glasses. If you see this bike or this man, please take photo if possible, and call garda.

Had this robbed from the front of my house, in Dublin 8 last night. Khaki kind of brown frame. It was an Urban, can't remember if it was a 300 or a 400. They released the back wheel and took the rest of the bike. Distinguishing mark is a lot of paint off the crossbar, from my lock hitting off it.

A Giant Escape M1 (Black) hybrid bicycle was taken from the NCI car park on the 17th December. The bicycle had a rear pannier rack fitted. It also had two front lights and one rear light. The tyres are panaracer ribmo and the pedals and grips are nukeproof (all non-standard with this model)

Ok, so I was really drunk Friday (11/1/13) and woke up yesterday morning to find a bike outside my house. I don't know how it got there. Maybe I stole it, maybe I bought it, maybe I won it in a dance off. I just don't know. I don't usually do things like that and would love to return it to its owner. But there's where things get hard. I have no idea where I got this bike from. I remember being in Industry nightclub in Temple Bar, Dublin and I woke up this morning in my house in Phibsboro. Total blackout. So maybe I took from somewhere in between those two places but to be honest I could have been in Armagh last night for all I know. Anyway, it's a blue men's bike. My wrap-around prescription cycling sunglasses were in the back pocket of my cycle jacket and they fell out onto the road somewhere between Delgany and Bray on the N11 They are like normal sunglasses but have a clip on the inside to hold prescription lenses I went back over the route and couldn't see them, so perhaps someone picked them up?

Hi, I had an electric bike stolen from my house in Castleknock. It was stolen at the end of June. Its an off white Geipda Sirmium electric bike with goldish markings. It also has Yamaha stickers on it. It useless to anyone without the key/charger so may have been discarded. Its the only one of its kind in the country! Since our Stay in Dublin (17.07. – 20.07.2012), we miss a purple/light blue Teddybear. The Bear is about 15 cm / 5,9 inches high and 18 years old. He was lost at the Arlington O’Connell Bridge Hotel or near this area. John, an 11 year old stuffed dog with ribbon round his neck. About 7 or 8 inches high, same colour as a jaundiced 2 day old baby, which he was named after! Jon, as in jaundice! His owner is distraught. He was left in a taxi in Salgar, Menorca on the evening of 13th of July 2012, inside a black Nike Rucksack. There was other stuff there as well, which we have no concern about. His owner is very upset still. Wiliing to pay finders fee and any reasonable expenses, no questions asked, if proven to be the right John!

The bike is a ladies step through frame bike and is silver in colour. It has a back carrier with blue rose pattern panniers and seat cover. On the front handle bars was part of a light system, with a cable leading to a red light looped around. I need it back badly so if anyone spots it, or the panniers, your help is appreciated! Similar to picture, except with straight handlebars. Also the kickstand is broken and it's tough to move from the second set of gears to the third.
