I went to the station in Portlaoise (where l am from) today (Dec 19th) to follow up on it also. Hi , I was shopping in Dublin last Saturday , 18th of AUGUST 2012 and unfortunately lost a "Next" store shopping bag with childrens clothes in it; There were 2 navy and beige striped t-shirts with sequined stars on them sz 10 and 7 and a pink long sleeved t- shirt with sequined stars on it also size 7. We took a taxi from outside Blooms Hotel, at the corner of Cope Street (back of Central Bank) on Saturday morning, 13th of April at approximately 2.15 a.m. The taxi driver drove a silver Toyota Avensis and said he was from Romania and was living in Ratoath, Co. Meath. He told us he was married to a Mayo woman. The bag which I left in the boot of his car was a small black travel case. It had a distinctive red cross emblem on the front like a Swiss army sign. This is a large white hard plastic shopping bag with sketches of figures on both sides and possibly a Macy's logo. It contains numerous crafting items e.g. large cutting mat, paper trimmer, glues, cards etc. These items are not of much use to most people, but would be expensive for me to replace. I had it when we checked out of the Tara Towers hotel, but not when I returned to Cork, so it was possibly left in the car park of the hotel. If anyone has found it, please contact me.
