TL;DR: Lost wallet on 28/07/2016 (flight EI 609 from AMS to DUB) either in airplane or on airport. Contains Dutch ID-card (initials N.W., first name Nick), bank card (with hardly any money in it), Dutch public transport card ('OV-chipkaart'), Dutch workers organisation card (from the 'FNV'), cash, Dutch health insurance card (from 'Menzis'), Irish windsurfing card from Avon Rí, my boarding pass and possibly more. Aer Lingus doesn't seem to have it. Last week Thursday, the 28th of July, I flew with Aer Lingus from Amsterdam to Dublin (flight EI 609). Unfortunately, once I got to the passport-checking desk (before the baggage collection hall), I realised I didn't have my wallet. The customs staff allowed me to go to an Aer Lingus customer service desk, and checked if my wallet was still on the plane (letting me collect my baggage in the mean time). After around three quarters of an hour they finally told me that they couldn't find my wallet, but that there was a chance that they'd find it later and that I should call back the day after. Well, a week later it still hasn't been found by Aer Lingus, so it seems like my wallet wasn't lost on the airplane (or someone must've taken it from there, if I did lose it on there). It might be at the airport itself, don't think I've checked there yet. I also still have to report it to the police. If you've found it, please make sure it's returned to me. I left my daughter's precious camera behind when getting off our flight from naples - it was left on the floor in front of seat 5A (the flight had a quick turnaround and left for Malaga that afternoon). My daughter is still heartbroken as it contained photos of her trip back home to ireland from Australia - family celebrations, outings etc. She also had taken many photos in Italy as she went there to plan her wedding and her fiancee couldn't travel from Oz. We would be delighted to just to get back the photos (memory card)if not the camera. The camera was in a black bag with a strap and there was an extra lens in the bag also. It would make our daughter's year if she could get her photos and/or camera back - she returned to OZ soon after we lost it - and still hasn't got over this. I am traveling from Canada and two days ago (Sunday, November 12th) my red backpack went missing and can not relocate it. It went missing between the times of 7AM and 8AM between the MEC hostel on North Great George's St and somewhere on Gardiner row from that street to Mount Joy Square Park. I have looked at security footage from a couple places, and I had the backpack at MEC around 7AM but realized it missing just after 8AM near Mount Joy Square Park, so it was all within a few hundred meters. The backpack says MJB on the back, it contains a grey laptop (windows 8) with my travel photos from the past year, thousands of photos. It also has a black Canon 1200D SLR camera inside with a black case and multiple CS cards. It also has a small blue toiletry bag inside with my inhalers and my Working Holiday Visa was in the bag as well. The computer with my photos though is the most important thing as they can not be replaced. If you had seen it, know anything suspicious about anywhere during that time, know of anyone trying to sell the camera or can help out in any sort of way, whether it's sharing the post, advice on other sites to look on, or helping me replace some of my belongings, that would mean the world to me! Around Dunville a banana fell from my bag and a kind lady spotted what had happened. Maybe before or after that the phone also fell from my bag. I Have already checked Luas and premises I visited. My ring was lost on either Sat 14th or Sunday 15th of December 19 in either Midleton,Cork, Vienna Woods Grounds Hotel Cork, Cirkle K Cashel or Kilkenny city, I was in all these places over that weekend. Lost in IKEA Dublin on Sunday 8th Sept 2024 around 1-2pm. A small, yellow paper bag with two small teddies inside, one pig and one bunny. Also in the bag was a little doll sized purple backpack. Probably left down in the living room area, in one of the set up rooms such as the children's playroom. Piggy is pink with scratched eyes and a home made cardboard jacket. Flower Bunny is beige, well worn and wearing a purple barbie dress. They are our children's absolute favourite, life-long teddies and go everywhere with them. Kids are devastated. We spent two hours searching the store but no sign. Staff and customer service have not found them. Maybe another child picked them up by accident and took them home. Dublin DO2 YK37, at 1:15am on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. I entered the takeaway 10 minutes earlier, left the bag on the floor under a table/ledge, beside the base of a stool. I left it unattended for around 1-2 minutes when I went up to the counter, and I noticed 2-5 minutes after I returned that it was missing. I suspect it was stolen from this location during this time.

Obviously that is a busy drop off and taxi area so many people would have been there through out the evening. Needless to say we have turned our car inside out too and it definatey is not in the car!! I am absolutely devastated that I have lost my ring. I am due to get married this summer. As you can see in the attached photo, my ring is quite unusual and more expensive than the average engagement ring. The centre stone is set with 3 baguettes and two diamonds in the shoulder on either side. A generous reward is offered to anybody who can help me get my ring back.

I am still hoping against hope of tracking down my camera. I lost this back in November in Limerick. It was left in a taxi and I'd like to think that the person who has it may do the right thing and return it. It was in a black camera bag along with a 18-55mm canon lens, a 55 - 250mm canon lens, mini tripod, leads, sd cards etc... The card would have been full of images of a band playing in a pub. Possibly feel out of my bag while cycling home from work, could have been damaged but it has a lot of irreplaceable photos/videos/documents/numbers etc. If it was handed in to a shop along the way or if anyone picked it up, please get in touch!
