While hiking Connor Pass I found iPhone (purchased around May, 2018) on August 29th. I brought it back to Canada with me to see if the local Mac store could help determine who the owner is - thinking it could belong to another tourist and I'd be sending it back to its rightful owner anywhere from Canada or the U.S. to Italy or Australia. I lost my phone last night when I got off the 46a at Westmoreland Street on Sunday, 17.11.19, around 8.50pm. 3 year old HTC Desire S lost either on Lower Baggot Street, Waterloo Road, or the taxi that took me between them at about 10 or 11pm on Saturday evening. I tracked the taxi driver down to where I originally hailed him outside where Abrakedabra used to be beside Doheny and Nesbitt's. The phone wasn't in the taxi and it hadn't been handed to him, meaning I most likely lost it on the street, or it was taken by subsequent passengers. While the phone was 3 years old, it was in very good condition. So much so that, apart from very minor wear and tear, I would say that this phone has no distinguishing features. If you do find it/have found it, then I will no longer be able to phone it as I had the Vodafone sim cancelled so that I could get a new one. However I do know the pattern required to unlock it.

Black Sony Xperia M in Dublin on 6th Dec 2014. I made contact with the gentleman who found my phone (on Sunday morning), a certain "Patrick" who said he was from Kilkenny. He wouldn't give his surname and claimed to have tried to hand the phone into an unnamed Garda station. He claimed they wouldn't take as it was password protected. The Guards have since confirmed to me this is not normal procedure (they would have taken it). Strangely "Patrick" wouldn't give me his contact number either. I said I would call Friday to arrange to pick up in Dublin on Sat 13th. However, the phone is now turned off. The phone is a relatively inexpensive model of no value to anyone but does contain photos/music etc. that I would like to have back. My sister-in-law lost her phone while at the playground with her two beautiful daughters, (2.5yrs and 10months). It's an iPhone 4 with a red/wine rubber cover. I left my Iphone in taxi from airport to sutton on Tuesday 24 Sept '13 at between 13:00 and 13:20. Realised within 10mins of leaving taxi that I did not have it and tried ringing but after about 20 mins the phone was turned off. Was on full battery. Airport taxis tend to go back to airport rather than pick up a random person along the way so taxi driver must have turned phone off when he got back to airport - annoying ring on it and was on loud. I realised I'd dropped my phone in the carpark outside Smyth's in Tallaght when I needed it about 20 minutes later to call for help as I had a flat tyre and was parked too close to the kerb to work the jack. (In the sleet with three unhappy young kids) I called Smyths and they said that a gentleman had phoned them to say he'd found it and would be dropping it back in to the store. This phone has a single crack from the top to the bottom of the screen(See green line on pic). I had it on the bus and got off in Callan, but I'm not 100% sure whether I left it on the bus or I lost it in Callan after getting off the bus. Its a samsung s6 edge with a black Kanvasa phone cover which is somewehere between leather and rubber, its a fold over cover. the phone has no value only personal value to me .
