Description
Yesterday i found a dog near Setu university. He was running on the street and it was dangerous because of traffic. He was starving and it was pouring rain. He followed me to riverwalk apartments. I gave him food and dry place. I couldnt reach shelters it was too late. Nobody answered the phone. This morning the dog was gone. He has a collar (see picture) but no information on it. He has no collar anymore I took it off as it was soaked.
