Description
Spencer is a 14 month old long haired tabby male cat who is still missing from Westbourne lodge knocklyon Dublin 16, since Wednesday 31st may 2017. I,m again appealing to anyone who mite have seen him, or is minding him to please make contact with the dspca, or hand him in to their care so he can be returned home to his family who are desperate to have him home.
