Her name is Louie, and she is a much-loved member of the family. She is 13 years old and is close-rung, with band on her left ankle. She talks, calls dogs, rings like a phone, and loves her food. We live in a very heavily-wooded area, so she is difficult to spot, but she could be anywhere by now, and really very lost. She will be looking for human contact, but is a bit shy around strangers. Her hunger may overcome that. She responds to her name though, and will chat back. She loves toast and pasta as treats. (No chocolate or avocado though...these will kill her). 2 Beautiful male beagle pups just under 6 months old lost in Kilmashogue area since 17th March. Starsky and Hutch are owned by two little boys who are extremely worried about them and want them home safe. Hi there, On Tuesday 13th December 2011 a budgie was found in Dublin city centre. Judging by the brown colour of the hair above the beak it's a female. I'll be most happy to give it back to the owners, if they simply provide a detailed description of the bird or, even better, e-mail a picture (this is just to make sure I return it to the right owners). Please e-mail me if you think it can be yours (I check my e-mails constantly on my phone so I'll surely reply pretty quick). In the meantime, if this bird is yours and you are looking for it, don't worry, I couldn't afford to leave it outside in this cold weather, so I took it home, bought a cage for it where it's resting now and it has eaten quite a lot of seeds that I also got in the pet shop. So if it's your bird, it's safe, it just seems very quiet, but it'll be fine. As I said, if you have lost a bird in Dublin these days, please e-mail me a photo of it or, if you don't have any, a description (colour, size, etc.) and I'll get it back to you. Regards, Javier

Eight-year-old jack russell, with a white body, a brown face and black markings around his snout. More specifically, he has a white stripe with an arrow tip between his eyes. He also has faded brown speckles dotting his back.

A grey and white cocatiel with yellow head feathers and orange cheeks was found on Mill Road in Ennis today. He was rescued from the centre of traffic. We are anxious to reunite this poor bird with his owners.
