An orange and green parakeet was seen in South Finglas (Westwood Road) this evening (4 May 2014). I was unable to catch the bird and it flew off but I'm hoping someone will recognise the description it will help them to narrow their search. Orange-yellow head, body and back, dark green wings and tail.
