I lost my black wallet with german ID and some cards in it or maybe it was stolen. It happened on 31/10/2013 between 7pm and 8:30pm. I walked from North Wall Quay to O'Connell Street and then went by bus no. 16 to South Circular Road (crossing next to Griffith College).
