Keys lost in Rathmines (Lower Rathmines Road)

I lost my keys which were attached to black and white neck cord on lower Rathmines road on morning of August 15th. They fell out of my pocket when I was cycling down lower Rathmines road. Somebody reported in an article in the Metro Hearld on August 16th that they had seen another person pick them up.
