Two tooth acrylic tooth guards in a black plastic case. Lost on the morning of July 5, 2014 in Dublin. Probably fell out of bag either at St. Stephens Green and Dawson St. in the trunk of a taxi from there to the Airport, or in the Airport. I will pay to have this important personal item mailed to Chicago.
