Bright pink whole buggy liner/foot muff found on the Hawkstown Road, outside Wicklow town, between Wicklow Educate together and Wicklow Rugby Club round about.
Found at 12.05pm on 28th May - I presume it fell out of the shopping basket of the owners buggy.
The buggy liner is in perfect condition, despite a car running over it!
The make is Kaiser - seems to be a german brand.
