I found a Leap card at a Luas red line stop in D7 yesterday. I called 1850 824824 but they said it was not registered so there is no way to identify the owner. That's why I'm posting here! :-)
(I used the "I found something" link to post this but it still comes up as "Lost" for some reason... :-|)
