Lost a gold nameplate 'Debbi' bracelet

I lost a gold bracelet a few years ago, and have been looking for it ever since. It is a gold curb chain with a name plate and safety chain (not that that did much good!). The name plate says Debbi, and the back says Mam & Dad, with a date.
