Lost national french i.d and french passport.

Good afternoon.
My name is Babacar Sarr.I'm living in bettystown and i'm working in the airport in terminal 2.
I lost my national french i.d And my french passeport,i tried many Times to call the office where your losing your items,
but nobody Found that.
The national french is good until 2021,and its a little damaged.
For the french passport,Its finish since the 09/07/2016, i used to take this one as a proof of idendity and supposed to Have a New one,but its never happen infortulately.The passport is old also.
Thanks for your help and i hope to Have a chance to have my documents.
