Reward for Specialized Sirrus bike stolen from Hanover Quay area

My brand new black Specialized Sirrus was stolen from our building's carpark sometime during the last week of July (in Grand Canal Square). It was locked with two orange kryptonite u-locks. It has identifying marks on it, so I will know it's mine. I'm offering a 200 euro reward for its safe return, no questions asked. I would offer more, but I'm still paying for it under the bike-to-work scheme. If you are in possession of my beloved bike or know who is, call me on 087 151 8175 from a public phone. I will come meet you in a public place and give you 200 euros in cash if you return the bike to me. No questions asked.
