Samsung Galaxy S6 & Bank card

Found on Thursday night/Friday morning on Dec 21/22 at the bottom of Grafton street. The phone is a Galaxy S6 with a black Otterbox cover and the owner's bank card was inside the cover. Obviously, the person claiming it will know the name on the card.
