Lost mobile in Taxi

Is a Samsung y dual sim card black. Have a portuguese sim card, and other one from 02. The phone is not a big thing... but have all my contacts from home and from Ireland. Would be very important to me have it back. Got the taxi near by Portobello until Rathgar.
