Iphone 5c found at life festival on Fri night

I found an iphone 5c at life phone is a distinct colour and immaculate but its sim locked so cant get in touch with owner. An alarm goes off at a certain time everyday so that could be the clue for the owner. I left it on since festival to see if owner rings.
