Apple MacBook 2009 Serial No. 34021X29F5W Model No. A1342 Part No. MC516B/A There is also the following bar code which may be relevant.  8   45909 40131    4 The year is 2009 I've attached photos of the same type. In addition, the charger (which was also stolen) was white and had been repaired by me. It had black putty and black and red rubber insulation tubing around the cable where it is attached to the transformer block. The block itself was also held together with green and yellow electrical  insulation tape.
