Lost wallet including GNIB

I lost my wallet in Dunnes Stores (Henry Street) on 22nd March, it was taken by someone from the camera, I was careless to leave my wallet after I purchased. I have about 15 euro in it, more importantly, GNIB, student travelling card, student card, Bank card, my house main gate security card etc,. other cards and the money is ok for me, but GNIB is really important to me, I am a student, to get a new GNIB will cost 300 euro, so please if someone has the information about it, please let me know!!!
