Lost black wallet Docklands

Lost my black faux leather wallet this morning between 09h20 and 09h40 somewhere in the Docklands area (on Mayor Street Lower/Mayor Street Upper, between Mayor Square and Park Lane, alternatively along Park Lane between Mayor Street Upper and the R801). It contains my South African driver’s licence, AIB debit card, Discovery Bank credit card and some other bits and pieces (name: Allan). Cards are cancelled and no cash in the wallet. Just massively inconvenient for me if I don’t get it back. Reward offered, with no questions asked.
