Extremely Unusal Colouful Bag Found

In North Co. Dublin, possibly thrown from car. Thurs 3rd May '12. This bag is very disctinctive and certainly not of Irish origin. Contains clothing. If the owner can identify the contents and describe the bag, will be happy to reunite. I am not uploading pictures as the bag is very unusual and I would imagine only the owner could describe it.
