Spotted a British Shorthair in D7

Hey All! I Spotted very scared British Shorthair cat near Old Jameson Distillery in D7. Tried to catch him/her but simply couldn't. Looks like cat has some sort of docked tail and is friendly enough.Wish i could help more and i hope little guy finds his owners. If anyone finds that cat and doesn't know what to do just contact me. I'll do everything in my power to find his owner.
