Lost male cat, Belmayne area.

My 2yrs old male cat, Basil went missing yesterday around 4pm. He has a black coat with a couple of white hair below his neck, you can barely see them. Neutered, average size with a smallish head. Very friendly, though may be spooked at first. He is a beloved pet and dearly missed by myself and all of my family, any information would be greatly appreciated!
