Kitten missing in Clonmel

Kitten missing in Clonmel - fire-station area - since yesterday evening (Thurs 9/11) . Brown and black markings, long tail with fawn hoops, wears beige plaid collar with bell, chipped and newly-neutered male. Stevey usually spends most of his time with his brother and always comes running when I call or whistle as he loves any hint of being fed, so his absence is worrying.
