Grey 3 year old male lost in Tipperary town

I have lost my cat in tipperary town, he has a very distinct coat dark grey (similiar colour to a russian blue cat) but with a white chunk at his neck, he is a gorgeous cat with his 2 front paws also having white on them. he is an absolute darling and has been mmissiing since Monday 19th december. really dying to have him back, he is very friendly with a funny meow almost like a hoarse throat - he has never been able to meow properly, his name is Baloo.
