Found Bird (small parrot)

A small parrot with a red face and a yellow body attempted to land in the Liffey River at 16:00, Monday, 18th June, 2012. Tag number: 40 LIIS Q 038 10 The poor bird drowned quickly, and will be buried in St.Steven's green.
